First, I'm loving this...

Secondly, I'd like to create something like this, with my wife as model. But I don't understand why everyone uses photoshop and not illustrator?

Is there an easy way for you to "RESIZE" your image to any dimensions?? (the main advantage I guess of using illustrator)
